Cancellation Policy

1. Course and Service Bookings

If you enroll in a course, workshop, or book a consultation:

• Within 24 hours of booking: Eligible for a full refund.

• After 24 hours: Non-refundable, as course access or materials may have been provided.

• Personal Consultations:

  • Cancellations 48 hours prior to the session: Full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours): Non-refundable.

2. Subscription Plans

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

• No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription.

3. Payment Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or technical issues, we may offer:

• Flexible rescheduling

• Partial refunds, at our discretion
