Cancellations 48 hours prior to the session: Full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours): Non-refundable.

Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription.
